Starting with the ongoing issues of a current project and then… bidding for work with your best price, "negotiating" contract terms and conditions, getting the job at the “new negotiated" price, trying to keep things manageable on the job-site, dealing with the inevitable unforeseen issues, handling the reality of not receiving progress payments and ultimately, not getting paid at all!!!

A Red Seal designation allows the worker the mobility to work anywhere in Canada but also ensures better wages wherever they work.
