BUILD is a non-profit agency operating out of Winnipeg's Inner City. They lower utility bills in low income housing by insulating and implementing water retrofits. BUILD is willing to match workers to employers. Their graduates have drivers' licenses, excellent attendance records, experience in framing, and have completed basic Health and Safety, WHMIS, First Aid and CPR. The website provides links to provincial and territorial government departments responsible for apprenticeship and some information about apprenticeship programs for people in Aboriginal communities.
